B48 Triple Double is a classic strain for abbey ales. Producing a modest amount of esters with little to no phenolic characteristics. It’s wise to pay close attention to this strain as it likes to sit on top of the wort for the duration of fermentation and may result in a sluggish or slow fermentation.
