Hoppy Tuesday Showcase
Hoppy Tuesday!
Our selected hop of the week is Centennial. Centennial is a dual-purpose hop that was first bred in 1974. This hop is arguably the most common used hop in craft brewing in the United States. Because of its high alpha acid and floral/citrus aroma, it is considered a "super-cascade." Users have also noted lemon aromas. Centennial is perfect for single hopped brews but can be complimented with just about any other hop out there.
